The only remark that can be raised at SCS is that ferry time is counted twice in the job's total time. Maybe they wanted to make hired drivers less likely to get on ferries, but this way they made game to avoid most ferries, as the job's total time (that matters for Best route) grows up more than needed.
hire the men and then kick them off immediately, they are replaced by other drivers on the list of drivers and some inevitably will be female drivers of course if you have already a harem don't expect many more female to show up on the list.
